# Tempo

> A visual timer for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, built for ADHD and time blindness. It shows time passing as a picture, not only as digits.

Tempo is an iOS app that turns time into something you can watch. A dandelion loses its seeds, an eclipse closes over, a snowman gives in to the sun. People who do not track elapsed time on their own can glance at it from across a room and know how much is left from the picture alone. The canonical reference is "Tempo: Visual Countdown Timer" by Foundry24.

## What Tempo is for

- People with ADHD or time blindness, for whom "20 minutes" means little until it has gone.
- Anyone who reads time better as a picture than as a number.

Tempo is a timer, not a medical treatment.

## Core features

- **Seven visualizations** - Dandelion, Dots, Eclipse, Ember, Sand, Snowman and Thunderstorm.
- **Custom timers and six time scales** - Set any length, or use Minute, Hour, Day, Month, Season or Year. The longer scales run live against the real calendar.
- **Apple Watch app and widgets** - Lock Screen and Home Screen widgets keep the current scale in view.
- **No account** - No sign-up or email. Works offline. No streaks, badges or ads.

## Pricing

- **Free** - The Dots visualization and five scales: Minute, Hour, Day, Month and Year.
- **Tempo Pro** - A one-time purchase, not a subscription. Adds Dandelion, Eclipse, Ember, Sand, Snowman, Thunderstorm and the Season scale.

## Platforms

iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. There is no Android version.
